Vincino's (Viera)

Today we went to Vincincos Pizza in Viera. Upon arrival we walked up to the counter and we were able to promptly place our order of a Large Pepperoni pizza. As we turned to leave the counter, the girl who took our order raced around the counter and said let me get this table clean for you. After a quick wipe down, we were seated awaiting our pizza. As we were waiting, I took a trip to the restroom to wash my hands. Check the box for clean restroom and kitchen as I was able to see most of the kitchen on my trip to the bathroom.  Shortly after arriving back at our table the piping hot pizza arrived.

It tasted as delicious as it looked. At least 6 slices of pepperoni, (which was mild and tasty) per slice and plenty of cheese. The cheese is a nice blend of skim and whole milk mozzarella. The sauce was a nice sweet but not to sweet sauce that worked well with the other ingredients. (Complainthere...notenough sauce😀). All of this was on a crust that was awesome. A light flakey delight that when you bit into it had a loud crunch.

This was a 5 Dancing Pepperoni rating.

Guy here with a reheat update.  I reheated the pizza in a toaster oven. I heated the oven at 450, once it got hot I placed the slices into the toaster oven and heated them till hot, approximately 10 minutes. The crust lost some of it's pop and wasn't as tasty. The reheated slices did taste good, but they did lose some of it's awesomeness. Though this a pizza best eaten without reheating. It was still good.
