Mike from Straight Outta Philly (Rockledge)

The South end of Rockledge hass a little shopping plaza that I think started life as a trading post. Actually, it's probably not that old but it's been there for a long time. One Peddler's Village's current tenants has not been there very long and they are already making their mark,  Straight Outta Philly.

Since we have already done a review this was more of a sit down with one of the owners and get to know what make their products so good.  Of course, there was a pizza involved. A delicious Meat Lovers

During the wait for the pie, we did a Q & A with Mike, one of the owners of Straight Outta Philly. Watch the video for the whole interview. Some of the highlights included the families pizza history, the cheese they use, and a surprise for the viewers in the Eau Gallie and A1A area. After the interview, the pie was delivered piping hot.  Totally covered in bacon, sausage, meatballs, and pepperoni. It had a nice amount of their delicious sauce and their cheese blend. (Watch the video for an in-depth description of the cheese they use). As we know from our prior review, they had an excellent cheese blend, sauce, crust and pepperoni.  This pie also has ham which had a nice flavor. The sausage was really good,  the star of this pie were the meatballs. They were so good, next time going to order a meatball sub or even a meatball pizza.

If you haven't taken the trip down US 1, to the south end of Rockledge and tried Straight Outta Philly, then what are you waiting for? Tell them we sent you.

Thanks Mike and staff for taking time out of your busy day to do the interview.  Appreciate the service and the cheesy bread.  ( The cheesy bread was amazing, they take their sub bread, cut it in half, add crushed garlic, cheese, heat in the oven and serve with a side of their sauce.).
