Question, is it a gas station pizza if the pizzeria is not in the gas station but the building houses both a gas station and a pizzeria?
This is the question we asked ourselves as we pulled into Puzino's Pizza in Satellite Beach.
We didn't puzzle other this delimna very long once we got a look as this beautiful pie. The large pepperoni pizza is a joy to behold. Plenty of cheese and pepperoni.
We quickly found a nice parking lot in which to consume our pretty pie. Other guy went from the tip of the triangle while Guy went from the crust.
Guy here.. The crust had a slight crunch, with a little doughy taste..and slightly chewy. It was a decent crust..nothing special or unspecial. So I switched to the tip.. my first impression was the cheese was silky smooth...in a different way. Not bad..just not expected. At that point I tried the unremarkable pepperoni. Not bad..just average. Then I looked for and found a splash of the mild sauce. Again average. Crazy thing is the pie was not the usual average pie. The cheese created a desire to eat another slice then another. Its a different pie in a good way.
My take on the cheese after much thought was it tasted like a Sergento shredded mozzarella. It had that creamy smooth taste.
All together these ingredients create a 3 Dancing Pepperoni pizza. One I recommend trying.
